Yeah I think it could go either way. I dont really think it is tool, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was. Its supposedly the song that is going to start being played on the radio on the 14th. Knowing that is as much research as im going to bother to do though. I can wait untill the album comes out. Those links are just something I stumbled upon.

I guess the first link is the first minute of "VICARIOUS", the second is an excerpt from about 2:3o in, with vocals. Hard to tell if its real or not, the beginning sounds like a poser band but the vocals sound Maynard-y. !?!?!?!!
