So, the third track, "Flutter", has been advertised as having non-repetitive beats. But following their disclaimer, it was advised to DJs to "have a lawyer and a musicologist present at all times to confirm the non repetitive nature of the music in the event of police harassment."

The profits from this release went to the British NGO, Liberty (the National Council for Civil Liberties) with this last statement: "Autechre is politically non-aligned. This is about personal freedom." "
