a boss sp303 dr. sample might just do it for you...i think theyre around $200 or so. cool.

that machine looks fantastic.. but I am thinking about something much less cheap. I am thinking around the $200 pricerange. I don't care even about how old it is. I am pretty sure that I could work with just a sampler, and don't really need a drum machine anymore.

get an mpc! if you can get the mpc1000...it has a usb connection whcih is awesome...and its small and portable. i have an mpc2000xl which ive used for years...its a workhorse! buts its a little big for gigs and such...let me know if you have more questions!

Hey, I am really looking to buy something that could serve as both a drum machine and a sampler. is there anything that you know of that would fit the bill?
