you should add an option when rating profiles to put the profile on a "watch" list. this would help when rating new users, who often take awhile to fill out their profile completely.. slowly adding things on. you could rate them on your initial impression of just their stats or their 1 favorite list, and add them to your watch list so that you could easily remember who you need to go back and recheck for updates.
