Happy Halloween 2007! In celebration of this event, here is a recipe to make your very own candy corn:
Combine 1 cup of razor blades, 2 cups of clown tears and 3/4 tablespoon spider eggs in a pan and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and add 2 cups hemlock and 3 ounces of fish oil. Stir until cool enough to handle. Shape and distribute.

when thinking about this contest, i couldn't decide between a funeral mix or a wedding mix; but eventually, i chose a wedding mix (although i can't ever see myself getting married for ANY reason). this is my ideal soundtrack for a wedding (it should be assumed that it is exclusively for tax-breaks and other legal gain).

i found the tracklist and a photo of a mixtape i made for a buddy of mine a couple years ago (before i moved away). i dunno why i saved it in the first place, but since i did, i figured i'd post it. anyway, i wasn't super close to the kid and the mix reflects that (it's allllll over the place, but that's part of the fun with mixtapes); i didn't know what music he liked exactly... but i knew he was an anarchist, i knew he liked political hardcore, punk, indie, etc... but he really liked the tape, so it's all good.

a day or two ago, it rained really hard in the afternoon; it was deafening. i spent a large chunk of time just watching it out the window and thinking about things. later that night, i made a soundtrack for the afternoon and future afternoons like that.
