Someone tried to fuck with my shit. Yeah, thieves tried to gank my automobile. No windows smashed, nothing taken, but they left something. A broken key in the driver's side door lock. Well, I have a Honda, so they thought they'd try one of their "master keys". Apparently it didn't exactly fit, so they snapped it off. Luckily, I was able to pull the thing out with pliers without damaging the lock! The neighbor's Honda was broken into. They tried to burgle the trunk, but my neighbors never leave anything in there, so I guess it was a bad night for these car thieving schmucks. So that's what's going on in my world, where's the cops when you need them?

I went to Japan for a couple of weeks. Loved it. I also made a nearly two hour mix of Mr. Bojangles covers for a friend. That's kind of crazy. Umm..yeah, Pavement in September. And I might go to Seattle this weekend for a show (The Babies) because I need to get of Dodge. So yeah, that's it.

Well, my uncle died, but I didn't know him and did not attend the funeral. I think I'm going to use one of the phrases used in the memorial service cards for a mix tape title. Is that sick?

I've been checking out a bunch of live shows. I'm thinking of taking the train to olympia to see grass widow perform at a house show in January. I don't know a soul up there so it might be interesting.
