P.S. Do you know that the 40 hr famine raises fuck all money? World Vision does it to get people in when they're young. So when they're older and they decide to donate some money they'll think of world vision.

It's like fuckin World Vision. They're one of the most popular charities because of all the advertising they do, but only a tinsy bit of the money donated goes to deserving people. I was reading something in a geography textbook the other day. There were these statistics that said it would cost approximately 90million to set up an education system for everyone in Africa, which is less than what America spends on make-up in one year. It would also cost 100million dollars to feed Africa by setting up the farms etc. and thats less than what europe spends in one year on icecream.
