Guess what? It's 4:25 AM. I want to go to bed. BUT i fuckin locked myself out. I'm sitting in the sun room (that's where the computer is) with my dogs hoping to god that i won't have to go to the toilet anytime soon. At least it's early in the morning. I should have to wait too long before someone is up.

My film isn't done yet, so we'll see. But I am happier with it. It's amazing what adding sound will do to a movie.

so what i got from all that is that you're happy with your film.....? yes? no?

I'm doin ok.

Just trying to get my film completed. Regardless of how much of a disaster I thought it was it turns out that although it is a surreal mood piece with a story that is up for interpretation, it has much higher production value than all of my peers films and we spent half the money on it. My instructors have little to say about it other than they were unclear about the story, which is actually something I was going for, so awesome. I'm typing a lot because I'm drunk. I'm going to tighten up the edit and get the guy thats scoring it to score it (he used to play with one of my favorite bands THE MELVINS) and then I have to finish the post sound mixing and I'm set .

Oh but besides that I had the craziest night of my life last night (in a train wreck sort of way) and LA is a Wasteland of frigid women that judge you because get drunk and sing karaoke. That may sound like a depressing statement but at this point I find it funny, seriously.

You know you've had too much to drink when you've talked someones ear off through the internets. Although I just looked back over what I typed and it looks like I spelled everything correctly.

sorry that last tag looked angry. I meant hey as in 'Hey how u goin?' cos i saw you online, not 'hey fucker answer my question'.

Anyway, yeah i liked it a lot. There were some things about it i didn't like, but overall i thought it was great.

The Dalai Lama gave a few speeches in the city while he was in Australia. He's very jolly. I couldn't really hear most of what he was saying though because I was pretty far back and his accent can be pretty thick.

The films were THEY SHOOT HORSES DON'T THEY? (Have you seen it? Fuck, I thought it was great.) and then I watched FIRE WALK WITH ME with my brother because he just finished Twin Peaks!

It was a good weekend. Not as good as yours though
