Oh the weather was perfect yesterday. Had an Oktoberfest party in the back yard. Complete with lederhosen. It was fantastic.

that's a long drive home and 111 seems like a piece of cake for the mini.
i do have to say that the weather has been magnificent, I hope you're feeling it up there.

I drove the MINI with the dogs to Minnesota. We stopped at the Bonneville Salt Flats to test the MINI land speed record. There was a 50 mph cross-wind, and it had just rained so the salt was a bit wet (and thus slightly unstable) but we hit 111 mph.

I know I kind of fell off. It's hard to keep mtc #1 sometimes.
