Its hard because I like smoking. But simply, to quit smoking, I make sure that I never pick up a cigarette and put it in my mouth. It is hard though, as I have been smoking for almost 10 years. Its really hard when Im drinking not to smoke. But I just try to remember that as long as I dont put a cigarette in my mouth, then im ok.

well, i had to chose. i had to quit drinking, smoking or doing drugs. quit drinking is definetely easier. but i sure miss my morning vodka.
