On my IRL mixtapes, I tend to like to sample bits of movie dialog or quotes from audio books that enhance the mood I'm in (or developing for the mix) and place them strategically. Sort of the way that soundtrack producers do on some film soundtracks.
So, does anyone else ever do this? Think there could (or should) ever be a way to do something similar on MC?

I was thinking of doing a sound collage mixtape combining spoken word, sfx and music. I used to do stuff like that years and years ago to listen to on flights, long train journeys, when I was on the road, etc.

Happy Halloween 2007! In celebration of this event, here is a recipe to make your very own candy corn:
Combine 1 cup of razor blades, 2 cups of clown tears and 3/4 tablespoon spider eggs in a pan and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and add 2 cups hemlock and 3 ounces of fish oil. Stir until cool enough to handle. Shape and distribute.

Haha, I've used that as a closer many a time. I thought I was being original, goddamnit. That, and the Madonna speech.
