So, I've actually been wondering this since I joined:
Are we supposed to only make mixes that include songs we have in our library, or if we really like a song but don't own a copy of it (hard or digital) we can throw it into the mix?

You can use whatever you want.
I think a lot of people use stuff in their library...but I think that is only because you usually put stuff in your mixes that you like, and most of the time you own what you like.

Yeah, i kinda assume that if you were including a song on a tape, you'd have at least a digital copy of it (or a very good memory) so you'd know how it flows with the songs before and after.
