Our office recently upgraded from 2 to 4 telephone lines (small businesses rejoice!) and our new telephone system allows for the recording of the On Hold music. Until I can think of something better, I'm using Hem's "The Beautiful Sea" (the Eveningland version). Most of our customers are women from more rural parts of the state, so this song works.
