Thanks for the compliment. I'll probably put up a sendspace download link of the mix sometime tomorrow if I ever figure out how to work the damn thing.
Oh, and if your only experience with Roxy Music is with Avalon, then you should be pleasantly surprised by the rest of their stuff. That's definitely my least favorite album. I'd check out the Greatest Hits album to get a wide swath of their sound and see which version you like - they covered a lot of different genres. Avalon's more of the 80's smooth sound.....they started out being a lot crazier. Brian Eno was a member for their first two records. For what it's worth, Stranded is my favorite album.
